At ByElohim Co., we want you to absolutely love what you receive. Every piece we create carries a message worth wearing and we want your experience to match that. If something isn't right, we will make it right.
We offer refunds for:

- Items that were sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
- Printing errors 

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@byelohim.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item where relevant. We will respond within 2-3 business days.

Please note that because every item is made on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or change of mind purchases. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before ordering.
