Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because your order goes into production almost immediately after it is placed, we have a very short window to make changes. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@byelohim.com within 2 hours of placing it. We will do everything we can to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun. Please double-check your size, colour, and shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Are your products true to size?
Our tees are unisex designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit. We recommend checking our size guide on each product page before ordering. It is there for a reason and it will save you from a size you did not expect. As the size guide says: before you wear the declaration, make sure it fits the vessel. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for something closer to the body.

Will the design look exactly like it does on the website?
We work hard to ensure what you see online is what arrives at your door. Colours may vary very slightly depending on your screen settings and the specific garment colourway  this is normal across all apparel brands. If you receive something that does not match what was shown or has a print quality issue, contact us immediately at hello@byelohim.com with a photo and your order number.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every order has two stages - production and delivery.

Production: 2-3 business days for your item to be printed and prepared.
Delivery: 3 -7 business days for domestic US orders once shipped.

Total estimated time from order to door: 5-10 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat rate of $4.89. The easiest way to unlock free shipping is to add a second tee to your cart - because a declaration is always better when someone you love is wearing one too.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time ByElohim ships within the United States only. 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a link to follow your order home. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order date, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@byelohim.com with your order number.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We can only change a shipping address if your order has not yet entered production. Please contact us at hello@byelohim.com within 2 hours of placing your order with your correct address. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

What is your return policy?
We offer full refunds or replacements for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Items that were printed incorrectly
• Items that were sent in the wrong size or colour due to our error

Please contact us at hello@byelohim.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item. We will respond within 2-3 business days.

However, because every item is made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selections. We strongly encourage you to review our size guide before ordering. We will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end. Please contact us at hello@byelohim.com

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time because every item is produced on demand. However, if you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct one at no cost to you. If you would like a different size or colour, you are welcome to place a new order while we process your refund for the original item, where applicable.

How long do refunds take?
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 3-5 business days to appear in your account. PayPal refunds typically appear faster. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

How should I wash my ByElohim tee?
To keep your declaration looking as strong as the message it carries, we recommend:

• Machine wash cold
• Tumble dry low
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly on the print
• Turn inside out before washing to protect the design

Following these simple steps will keep your print vivid and your garment in great shape wash after wash.

Will the print fade over time?
Our designs are printed using high-quality DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology, which bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibres. With proper care cold wash, low heat dry, no bleach your print should remain vibrant for years of regular wear. Prints can fade faster if washed in hot water, dried on high heat, or ironed directly on the design. Treat it well. The message is worth it.

What fabric are your tees made from?
Our tees are made from premium ring-spun cotton soft, breathable, and built to last. Specific fabric details including weight and composition are listed on each individual product page. We are committed to using quality blanks because we believe what carries a declaration of faith should feel worthy of it.

Can I buy in bulk for a church group or event?
Absolutely, we love nothing more than a whole community wearing their declarations together. Whether it is a church event, women's conference, youth group, or ministry team we are here for it.

What does "By Elohim" mean?
Elohim is the Hebrew name for God the creator, the very first name God revealed about Himself in scripture. Genesis 1:1: "In the beginning, Elohim created." Not managed. Not supervised. Created. With intention. With detail. With purpose that existed before the thing being created even took its first breath.

ByElohim means made by God. And that is exactly what you are. Every piece we create carries that truth you were not made by accident. You were made by Elohim, and everything about you was intentional.
